All camera processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's CoreML technology. We do not store, record, transmit, or access your camera footage or images. Camera data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after analysis.Pose Detection Accuracy: While REPS uses advanced computer vision technology, the accuracy of rep counting, form analysis, and exercise detection may vary based on factors including but not limited to:
- Lighting conditions and camera quality
- Camera angles and positioning
- User clothing and body type variations
- Exercise complexity and movement speed
- Environmental factors and background interferenceUser Responsibility: You are responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate lighting and camera positioning for optimal detection
- Maintaining a safe workout environment with sufficient space
- Using your own judgment regarding exercise form and safety
- Not relying exclusively on automated feedback for form correctionTechnology Limitations: You acknowledge that REPS' automated systems are not infallible and should supplement, not replace, proper exercise knowledge and safety practices.3. - Obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
- Ensure you are physically capable of performing the exercises featured in REPS
- Warm up properly before exercising and cool down afterward
- Stay hydrated during workoutsEnvironmental Safety:
- Exercise in a safe environment with adequate space and proper flooring
- Ensure good lighting for both safety and optimal pose detection
- Remove any obstacles or hazards from your workout area
- Have access to emergency assistance if neededDuring Exercise:
- Listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
- Exercise within your physical limitations and fitness level
- Do not attempt exercises beyond your current ability
- Maintain proper form even if it means fewer repetitions are countedEquipment and Clothing:
- Wear appropriate athletic clothing that allows for full range of motion
- Use proper footwear suitable for exercise
- Ensure your device is securely positioned to prevent falls or damageYou acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks of injury and that you assume all such risks by choosing to use REPS for fitness activities.7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTWe accept the following forms of payment:

- PayPalYou agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose when you subscribed to the Services.Free TrialWe offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.CancellationYou can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
